Password Generator

Five strong random passwords at once — length 6–64, custom charset, strength meter. Crypto-random, generated locally, never uploaded.

Pure frontend · No personal data stored, resets on refresh; rates cached 1 hour.

How to use

  1. Pick length 6–64: 12–16 for regular accounts, 20+ for banking and primary email.
  2. Enable all charsets for max strength; exclude confusables only when hand-copying.
  3. Get 5 at once, copy your favorite or Copy All; hit Regenerate until one clicks.
  4. Save to a password manager immediately — never in notes or screenshots.

FAQ

How is strength calculated?

Estimated entropy from length × charset size: weak/medium/strong/very-strong. 12 chars is the pass line; uniqueness per site matters more than extreme length.

Can I exclude confusing characters?

Yes — removes 0/O, 1/l/I for hand-copying or read-aloud use. For copy-paste, keep them: bigger charset means stronger.

How are passwords generated?

With the browser's crypto-grade random (crypto.getRandomValues), fully local — works offline, nothing uploaded or logged.

How many passwords at once?

Five at a time so you can pick one you like; Copy on one, or Copy All for all five.

Where should I store them?

In a password manager (Bitwarden, 1Password, or built-in browser one) — never in notes, screenshots, or chat apps.

Is anything uploaded?

No. Generated locally, page keeps no record — close the tab and it's gone.
