FAQ

Which cities are supported?

The source timezone dropdown supports the full 400+ IANA list. Common cities like Taipei, Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore, London, New York are shown by default, and you can add or remove any timezone.

What is World Clock mode?

Switch to World Clock and cards update every second with each city's current time and date – great to keep open on the side.

What does UTC+8 mean?

It means the timezone is 8 hours ahead of UTC; UTC-5 is 5 hours behind. Offsets auto-reflect DST, e.g., New York goes from UTC-5 to UTC-4 in summer.

Does it handle DST automatically?

Yes. Conversions use the browser's built-in IANA data (Intl API), so DST for New York, London, etc. is applied automatically.

What does "+1 next day" mean?

It means the city's local date is one day after your source time (e.g., 11pm in Taipei is next day in Tokyo). "Previous day" is one day earlier.

What is it good for?

Scheduling cross-border meetings, coordinating with friends abroad, planning flights and itineraries, checking overseas live streams.
